This Policies Terms of Use Agreement sets forth the standards of use of the Mark Jordan Photography website. By using the Mark Jordan Photography website you (the “Visitor”) agree to these terms and conditions. Mark Jordan Photography retains the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate any accounts involved with botnets and related activities. If any hostnames are used as command and control points for botnets, Mark Jordan Photography reserves the right to direct the involved hostnames to a honeypot, loopback address, logging facility, or any other destination at our discretion.
13. Other Terms
If any provision of this Terms of Use Agreement shall be unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason, the other provisions (and any partially-enforceable provision) shall not be affected thereby and shall remain valid and enforceable to the maximum possible extent. All payments are non-refundable. Any form of fraud including chargeback will be fought to the fullest extent of the law.

LIFETIME GUARANTEE
We will take complete responsibility against any product of workmanship defects of any of our photographs failing to last 100 years. We will replace any photograph free of charge, provided it has been cared for properly.
Understandably, we cannot replace any photographs that have been damaged by negligence or careless handling.
To receive your replacement photograph, free of charge, simply return the original photograph along with the original invoice.
We suggest that you place your Lifetime Certificate that accompanies your portrait with your portrait to serve as a reminder of our Guarantee, and so that it is handy in the unlikely even you will require it.
Mark Jordan Photography photographic products are made with the care and quality to last a Lifetime, but if per chance your photograph should not, it’s reassuring to know that Mark Jordan Photography stands behind their work.

SHIPPING POLICY
Policies Terms of Use: The cost of shipping and handling is added to the total cost of your order as you proceed through the check-out. Normally we ship all orders in eight days or less. If, however, we are unable to ship your order within eight business days we will notify you promptly via email.
Naturally, your payment will not be processed until your order has shipped. We will also notify you, via email, when and with whom your order has been shipped.
When you become a customer of Mark Jordan Photography, we offer you a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, send it back to us and we will promptly issue you a refund for the purchase price, less any applicable shipping costs. Any returned merchandise must arrive in its original, undamaged condition. You will be required to pre-pay all shipping costs in order to return the item to us.
Please contact us and let us know if you wish to return your purchase. Be sure to include your name and the order number from the packing slip included with your order.
We ship almost entirely via UPS. For orders that weigh less than two pounds, you will find United States Postal Service (USPS) more economical. International orders are shipped primarily by USPS. International customers are encouraged to place and order. We will not charge your credit card until we send and you accept a shipping quote.
However do to weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we will ship your order out as soon as possible. We use recycled boxes and packing materials for mail orders.
Orders that cannot be delivered before the weekend will be held and shipped the following Monday.
Shipping Times
Policies Terms of Use: Fed Ex Home Delivery delivers on Saturday at no extra charge but does not deliver on Monday. UPS ground does not deliver on Saturday without a surcharge. Small orders that weigh less than two pounds are best shipped via USPS Priority Mail

If for any reason you are unhappy with your online purchase we’re committed to making it right. We will gladly refund, exchange or replace any product within 30 days of shipment.

All products must be returned in original condition including the original packaging and must be accompanied with a printed copy of the MarkJordanPhoto@cox.net e-mail receipt. Returned orders with missing items will not be processed by Mark Jordan Photography and will be returned to you in accordance with Mark Jordan Photography’s Shipping Policy.

Policies Terms of Use: Mark Jordan Photography cannot refund any return shipping charges unless we made an error in order processing or in the case of a defective product. Mark Jordan Photography is not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipment to the item(s) you are returning. For your own protection, you may wish to send your return by insured parcel post or courier. All refunds will be credited to the Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card used in the original purchase. We will make every effort to process your refund quickly however; some refunds may take as long as 3-4 weeks to process. You will be notified of your refund by e-mail.
